Disappointed with my service. The young ladies in front lack customer service. Also, with the inadequate packing, my items were drenched in tea. So disappointed!!! Additionally, they have no order! What is the point of the ticketted service? People that arrived later should not be walking out before customers waiting for more than 10 to 15 minutes.

I generally love and rave about this place. This morning was a huge disappointment. The everything bagel pulled like tough cheese. It would not break! The eggs were burnt. The bacon undercooked. The coffee I asked to be on the black side was super creamy white. Total extreme. I came all the way back with the tots and coffee to receive a poker face when I stating my experience. $27 + tip waisted.

i come here quite often and love this place, unfortunately had a bad experience today there. i walked in to no line and ordered my food, people came in after me to order . the cashier started to fill the order behind me and the worker who was making my sandwich stopped making my sandwich to fill the order of the person behind me. i was annoyed and did say something " i am on my break why did you stop making my food to serve the person behind me? when it was time to pay she suggested i call in my order next time instead of just saying sorry or my bad. why not just finish my food , and then serve the next person? this person needs to be trained better.

I frequent this place often since I work near by. However today I quite literally almost choked and lost a tooth. A staple literally in the middle of my chicken caesar wrap. Yeah so that wasnt the greatest. Still giving 4 stars despite the mishap just wish they paid more attention during that morning rush. Food is usually good though

La Bagel is one of the best bagels in the city. They are crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside. On a savory day, I’ll have the everything bagel with scallion cream cheese and on a sweet day, I’ll have the cinnamon raisin bagel with blueberry cream cheese. The Lox Spectacular is amazing quality and generous portion of lox with red onion, tomato and capers. I get it on a salt or everything bagel. My go to order is the bacon, egg, and cheese slider. It is on a biscuit with honey butter. It is the perfect balance of salty and sweet. The biscuit is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside - perfect texture. This location happens to be by a lot of offices. There is almost always a very long line. I always call ahead. I go for a walk and 15 minutes later, I go to the pick up counter and tell them my name. I usually don’t have to wait more than 5 minutes, while walk-ins sometimes wait 15 minutes or more. It is a popular place, especially in peak hours. Everyone I know in the neighborhood, has a favorite order here from sandwiches and wraps to truffle tater tots and breakfast foods. It is worth the wait.
